Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation email verifying your purchase. As soon as your freight or package departs our facility, a secondary Shipping Confirmation email will be sent containing your dedicated tracking number and carrier details.
Domestic & Free Shipping
Fission Cycles offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $1,000 destined for the continental United States. This waiver is applied automatically at checkout; no promotional code is required.
International Shipping (Canada)
Cross-border transit to Canada requires specialized international documentation to ensure seamless customs clearance. Due to these regulatory requirements, transit times for Canadian shipments may experience slight extensions.
All Canadian orders are processed in USD and are subject to a flat currency/brokerage surcharge of $100 per bicycle. Please be advised that the importer of record is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs tariffs, or local taxes assessed by Canadian border authorities upon arrival.
