Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Fission offers a 30-day return policy for electric bikes purchased through www.fissioncycles.com.
Within 30 days, if you are not satisfied with the bike please contact Fission Cycles to schedule a return. We will provide you with the correct return address. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. When we receive the returned bike and complete an inspection, Fission Cycles will issue the customer a refund.
Guideline to receive a full refund
- The bike must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered to receive a 100% refund. In the event that the bike needs repaired or cleaned, Fission will deduct these costs before issuing the refund. The buyer is also responsible for safely packaging and returning the bike to us. Failure to safely package the bike that results in damage will be deducted from the refund. We suggest keeping the original packing material and box until you are sure the bike is the right fit for you. This way you will be able to safely repackage and re-secure the bike for return shipping.
- Returns are only available for customers ordering in the United States within the contiguous 48 states.
- Returns are not available on batteries or accessories.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We work with the customer to repair defective or damaged products. If the issue can not be corrected then the product may be eligible for an exchange. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 47 Polymer Way, Davisville, WV 26142.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
