All orders over $1000 within the continental United States are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.
We are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. For clarity, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.)
Shipping to Canada requires additional paperwork to undergo customs clearance. Due to these additional steps, bike shipments to Canada may take longer. All shipments to Canada will garner an additional $100 per bike. Sales to Canada are in USD and the importer may or may not face import duty charges depending on Canadian customs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Learn more by checking out our warranty process.
